We have a strict policy for cancelations in less than 48 hours of the service appointment time frame. Our team works incredibly hard to ensure each client is taken care of. This requires carefully planning the days ahead and unfortunately last minute cancelations or last minute rescheduling causes a big, negative, ripple effect throughout our current day and days ahead.
If you book for a 9-10am appointment our team will notify you of an exact time they will arrive or will directly be there between that 9-10am (estimated)
We try to pack as much value as possible in our cleanings; we love our customers and want to make sure everyone feels taken care of! Our normal,
We pay great attention to the bathrooms and bedrooms of each home – as both places are heavily used – it’s important they are cleaned well for you! We’re so good you’ll want us back the next day (…it can be arranged)!
Our Standard Clean is designed for the regular upkeep of a home that is already relatively clean and well-maintained. It focuses on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene by addressing commonly used areas like floors, countertops, bathrooms, and light dusting.
A Deep Clean, on the other hand, is more thorough and is ideal for homes that haven’t been cleaned in over three months or where there is noticeable buildup in tricky areas. This service includes:
