Step 1 — Choose your clean

Every booking has a $150 minimum (+ HST). Inside appliances and inside cabinets are optional add-ons on every package, including Move-In / Move-Out.
Step 2 — Add your home

Step 3 — Optional add-ons
Performed only when selected at booking. Not included in Standard, Deep, or Move-In / Move-Out base cleans — this includes inside appliances and inside cabinets.

Our flat-rate promise. Your quote is a flat rate — no hourly surprises. For nearly all homes in normal condition, the included time is more than enough to complete every item on your checklist. If your home needs significantly more time (heavy buildup, severe neglect), we contact you before any additional charges apply. You then choose: approve extra time at $50 per cleaner-hour, or have our team complete as much as possible within the included time.

For recurring upkeep, partial or touch-up cleans, or when you’d like to set your budget by time. You choose the priorities — we make the most of every minute.

How time-based cleans work. You book our team for a set amount of time, not a set checklist. You tell us what matters most; we complete as much as possible within the block, always starting with your priorities. Because you choose how the time is spent, a block may not be enough to finish your entire home — especially for larger spaces. If you’d like your whole home cleaned to a guaranteed checklist, choose one of our flat-rate packages above.
Need more time? Additional time is available at $50 per cleaner-hour, billed in 30-minute increments. About 30 minutes before your time is up, we’ll show you what’s done and what’s left so you can decide whether to extend. We never add time or charges without your okay.
