Strongly recommended. Most clients book one deep clean to reset the home, then move to standard bi-weekly or weekly. After that, the deep checklist stays maintained — no need to repeat for 6–12 months.
Roughly 3 hours for a 1-bed, 4 hours for 2-bed, 5 hours for 3-bed, 6+ hours for 4+. We bring a 2-cleaner crew on larger homes to keep it to one visit.
Standard deep does the exteriors and inside the microwave. Inside-oven and inside-fridge are quick add-ons at booking — say the word and we'll bundle them in.
We move lightweight furniture (kitchen chairs, small side tables) to clean under. Heavy pieces — sofas, beds, dressers — we clean around for safety. If you want under-bed/under-couch detail, ask at booking and we'll bring the right tools.
It covers the extra prep time, supplies, and the second cleaner we typically dispatch. After the first visit, recurring cleans price at the standard rate.
