Do you need to access my unit while I'm at work?
Yes — and that's how most of our condo clients prefer it. Leave a key with concierge, or share a key code, and we'll handle the rest. Fully insured + background-checked.
Does my building need to approve TiDii?
Most just need our Certificate of Insurance (COI). We'll email it directly to your property manager — usually approved within 1–2 business days.
Are you experienced with my building?
We clean in 40+ buildings across the GTA west corridor. Tell us your address and we'll let you know if your building is already on our route.
How quiet is the clean?
Vacuums + a bit of water running — that's it. We respect quiet hours posted by your building and avoid running loud appliances before 9am or after 8pm.
Can I get same-day or next-day service?
If we already clean in your building, often yes. Otherwise, 48-hour notice gives us time to get the COI to your manager first.
What about my balcony?
Standard cleans include sweeping a small balcony. Larger balconies, patio furniture, or windows on the exterior side are quick add-ons at booking.
