How is Standard Cleaning different from Deep Cleaning?
Standard is the maintenance clean we do every visit — all the surfaces, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms covered in our checklist. Deep Cleaning adds baseboards, cabinet exteriors, door frames, vents, and detail work. (Inside cabinets & appliances are add-ons.) Most homes start with one Deep Clean, then move to Standard recurring.
How long does a Standard Clean take?
The length of a standard cleaning depends on the size and condition of your home, as well as whether we send one or multiple cleaners. Most standard cleanings take between 3 and 5 hours, with larger homes or first-time visits typically requiring more time.
We do have a 3-hour minimum service. If your home is completed in less than 3 hours, our cleaners can use the remaining time to tackle additional tasks or areas of your choice to ensure you get the full value of your booking.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Most of our recurring clients give us a key or door code. We're fully insured and background-checked.
What if I need to skip a clean?
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Our cancellation policy is:
48+ hours notice: No charge — you can cancel or reschedule your cleaning at no cost.
Less than 48 hours notice: A $50 short-notice fee applies.
Same-day cancellation, lockout, or no access to the home: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service price applies.
These policies help us ensure fairness for our cleaners, as last-minute cancellations often mean we are unable to fill that time slot with another client.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment to every job. We use a combination of eco-friendly products and select light cleaning solutions to effectively clean your home while being mindful of your space.
We also bring our own vacuums for deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and one-time cleaning services. For recurring standard cleanings, we ask clients to provide their own vacuum for sanitary reasons. This helps prevent cross-contamination between homes and ensures your vacuum is maintained specifically for your household.

How much can I save with recurring?
Weekly saves 20%, bi-weekly 15%, tri-weekly 12.5%, monthly 10% — applied automatically on every recurring booking. One discount per booking; discounts don't stack.
Do I need to prepare anything before the cleaner arrives?
We recommend picking up personal items, toys, dishes, and clutter before your cleaning appointment. This allows our cleaners to spend more time actually cleaning rather than organizing.
