When should I book the post-construction clean?
Schedule for 24 hours after final paint is dry and all contractors are off-site. Booking too early means dust from ongoing work re-contaminates our clean.
How long does it take?
Single room: 4-6 hours. Whole condo: 1 day (8-10 hours). Whole house: 2-3 days depending on size. Multi-cleaner crew for anything 1,500+ sq ft.
Do you remove construction debris?
Light debris removal is included — paper, plastic, leftover materials. Heavy debris (drywall scraps, lumber) should be removed by your contractor before we arrive.
Do you do exterior cleanup?
Yes — sweep, pressure wash, sticker removal from windows, driveway broom. Quoted as a separate line item.
What if you find scratches or damage during the clean?
We document everything we find during pass 1 and send photos before starting pass 2. Damage is your contractor's responsibility, not ours — but we make sure you know about it.
Do you handle inspection-ready cleans?
Yes — Tarion, municipal occupancy, and condo handover inspections. We've passed every type. Tell us at booking and we'll prep to that standard.
